Where the roots of the Arcadia tradition lie<\/span>, in the graphic Levidi <\/span>at altitude 850m<\/span> built on the eastern slopes of Mount Mainalo, start their own course in the preparation of traditional pasta, Mrs Kyriaki Triantafillou<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Mr. Konstantinos Paloukos,<\/span>create their own proprietary Laboratory in 2013, choosing the name \u00abCHORIATOPOULA\u00bb<\/strong>, out of respect for the tradition of their ancestors, but also for the familiar image that symbolizes purity and life in nature.<\/div>

They prepare many types of pasta, following traditional production methods<\/span>, without preservatives and colorings, such as traditional Greek pasta, trachanades and chylopites, but also classic items, lasagna and screws in various flavors.
