\nChicken pounded accompanied by noodles. A traditional food for maracles. It can be accompanied by a wine, preferably Nemea red wine.<\/p>\n

Materials that we will need:<\/strong>
\n1 rooster 2-3 kg
\n1 wine glass of olive oil
\n1 glass of Nemea red wine
\n2 large tomatoes, chopped or 1\/3 of a box of Pumaros
\n1 spoonful of tomato paste
\n5 small stewed onions or 2 large ones cut into quarters
\nsalt and pepper
\n8 cloves of garlic
\n1 laurel leaf
\n5 spice balls
\n500 gr.\u00a0Chylopites<\/a><\/p>\n

How do we do it:<\/strong>
\nClean, sear and wash the rooster. Cut it into portions, season with salt and pepper and put the pieces in the pot with the wine to boil while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
\nAfter preparing our ingredients, put everything in the pot except the noodles and add enough water to cover the chicken.
\nCover the pot and let them simmer (cooker for 20-25 minutes).
\nWhen the meat is ready, remove it from the pot and put it in a pan with its juice, if it needs more juice, add hot water.
\nAdd the noodles.
\nPlace the tray in a preheated oven at 230-240\u00b0C for 10-15 minutes until the noodles are also cooked.
\nIf your food is a bit watery, leave it in the oven and it will drink its juice.<\/p>\n
