For tastier recipes and unforgettable juvetsi that will drive young and old crazy, trust our orzo (little barley). Made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We use our own eggs in our pasta and we are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of our pasta. Traditional barley for the Sunday table and stew for soups. Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate.
