Description
It is the most traditional pasta of the place that has grown generations of people, since the time of our great-grandfathers. Made from flour and milk, trachanas is divided into two main categories, sour and sweet.
Sweet Trachanas: Fermented with durum wheat flour and fresh milk, it is the basic choice for winter soups. Sweet trachanas is one of the most important foods for infants and children, as it contains high amounts of calcium and proteins.
Traditional pasta made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of pasta! Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
