A pasta that even the most demanding can't resist! Enjoy its golden color and its rich smell and taste when it comes out of the oven as an accompaniment to a juicy meat. The name of the pasta comes from its shape, which resembles a barley seed. Orzo has durum wheat semolina, milk and eggs as ingredients. It is a basic accompaniment to traditional cuisine at formal meals and celebrations.
Traditional pasta made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of pasta! Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
