Description
Cous cous or couscouses. The most famous oriental pasta that looks like oatmeal. It is always served with its juice so that it does not get "muddy" during cooking. Cous cous is made from flour, semolina, free-range eggs and fresh milk. Cous cous accompanies meat, is a vegetable filling or is eaten plain as a salad. For a delicious dish with the traditional texture of couscous, prefer the ratio of 1 cup of unboiled couscous to 1/5 cup of water.
Traditional pasta made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of pasta! Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
