Handmade lasagna made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We use our own eggs in our pasta, we are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of pasta! They make perfect pasta, pasticcio and soufflé. Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
