It is the most traditional pasta of the place that has grown generations of people, since the time of our great-grandfathers. Made from flour and milk, trachanas is divided into two main categories, sour and sweet.

Made from durum wheat flour, tomato semolina, pumpkin, eggplant, parsley, garlic and hot pepper, it is the ideal companion for cold winter nights in a dish rich in calcium, protein and accompanied by all the nutrients of vegetables.
Traditional pasta made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of pasta! Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
