In our traditional recipe for screws, we added beetroot and Florinis pepper and it resulted in this particular culinary idea. Fresh vegetables give the dish a natural color, taste and rich aroma without any added coloring whatsoever.
Traditional pasta made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We are one of the few laboratories that use five eggs for every kilo of pasta! Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
