The most "mommy" food, made from semolina, milk and eggs. Lasagna can be cooked either plain like simple spaghetti, or put in the oven in a souffle or a pasticcio. In the oven, the lasagna does not need pre-cooking. Add them raw to the pan and enjoy their flavor just by adding sauce from your meat or vegetables.
In our traditional lasagna recipe, we added spinach and it resulted in this particular culinary idea. Spinach gives the dish a natural color, taste and rich aroma without adding any coloring substances at all.
