Description
The most "mommy" food, made from semolina, milk and eggs. Lasagna can be cooked either plain like simple spaghetti, or put in the oven in a souffle or a pasticcio. In the oven, the lasagna does not need pre-cooking. Add them raw to the pan and enjoy their flavor just by adding sauce from your meat or vegetables.
Traditional pasta made with fresh sheep's milk from our production and with our own fresh eggs. We are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of pasta! Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 3-4 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
