A traditional product with our fresh sour milk and fresh eggs. We use our own eggs in our pasta and we are one of the few workshops that uses five eggs for every kilo of our pasta. Due to its high nutritional value in rural areas it is even eaten as breakfast. Our pasta does not fall apart during cooking and boils very quickly. It only takes 10-12 minutes of boiling and the delight will be served on your plate!
